Work out how much paid time off you earn per pay period and per hour worked from your annual PTO allowance.
Example: 15 days × 8 hours = 120 hours per year ÷ 26 biweekly paychecks = 4.62 hours per pay period.

A full-time year is usually counted as 40 hours × 52 weeks = 2,080 hours. Accrual per hour worked is annual PTO hours ÷ 2,080; for 120 hours that is 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked.
Rules on carryover, caps and payout of unused PTO depend on your employer and your state.
